This is because we are passionate about child data protection and do not collect any person data on children aged under 16. OUR PRODUCTS:

Here at VR Instrument we are constantly trying to adapt to a more sustainable approach so we generally only stock limited edition collections. Once these items are fully sold out they will not be restocked unless stated otherwise.

PICTURE AND IMAGE:

Our product images are taken using a professional camera and lighting and every effort is made to display the correct and desired color. However we cannot guarantee that your monitor will show the correct color as each screens display is different.

PRICING:

We always double, triple and quadruple check that our listed prices are correct. But in the event that a product is priced incorrectly and you have already completed your purchase we will notify you using the details that you have provided. We will cancel your order immediately and offer a refund as soon as possible. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account. Alternatively if you notice an error in pricing before purchasing you can email our team on info@vrinstrumentsupply.com

BILLING AND ACCOUNT DETAILS:

We trust that you have provided the correct billing and delivery information and will not be held responsible if these details are incorrect. Please ensure that you have entered the correct details before submitting your order.
We also reserve the right to cancel any orders which we feel are being created by resellers and wholesalers.

PAYMENTS AND PLACING AN ORDER:

We will charge you once your transaction has been completed by placing an order.
